Return & Refund Policy

1. Right to Cancel

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.
• In the original SilverBloom branded packaging.
• Items such as earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email silver@silverbloomaccessories.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

4. Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we will process your refund. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days.
