Are your crystals treated or synthetic?
No. We guarantee that all crystals used in SilverBloom products are 100% natural semi-precious gemstones. We do not use lab-created or plastic “crystal-look” materials.

Will the colors fade?
Natural stones maintain their color for lifetimes. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and harsh chemicals (like chlorine) to preserve the luster of the stones and any silver components.

Orders & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) via our secure Stripe gateway.

Can I change my order after placing it?
As we begin handcrafting your order within hours, please email silver@silverbloomaccessories.com within 2 hours of purchase to request any changes.

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. International shipping usually takes 7-15 business days.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all jewelry, except earrings (for hygiene reasons) and custom-sized orders.
