As each crystal piece is hand-finished in our Halifax studio, our processing time is 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. International Shipping

We ship to Europe, North America, and Australia via DHL or Royal Mail International Tracked. Expected delivery is 7-15 business days. A flat rate of £14.99 applies.

4. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. SilverBloom Accessories LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing at destination countries.
